Crêpes

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 dash salt

Mix all ingredients, adding flour last.

Let it sit for 20 min and cook on a buttered cast iron frying pan for about 1-2 min each side.

Serve alone or with your choice of topping/filling.
